JBSS Ltd was started in 1992 as a vehicle to support Mike's contract opportunities, and it is still used for this purpose.

In 1998, the company diversified into the provision of Recruitment agency services to the IT Market. This was initially built around the supply of Analyst Programmers within the IBM / RPG sector, but has now evolved into the provision of Business Analysis, Project Management, Testing and production support specialists.

Following a successful corporate party event that JBSS Ltd planned in early 1999, the company acquired its first disco and lighting equipment, which has been steadily improved over the past two years.
